If the dvd disc is ok but the dvd sleeve and/or case is damaged in transit, we will replace sleeve and/or case upon evidence of damage. Please provide picture of damage to email@example.com
We use only professional grade dvd replicators. Therefore, defective discs are quite rare. If you suspect the disc you received is defective, please check the disc itself to make sure the play side is free from finger prints or smudge marks. If necessary, try the suspected disc on another player. If it still won’t play, please contact us within seven days of of receipt. We will notify you how the disc should be sent back to us for inspection. If we find the disc is indeed defective, we will resend a new disc or refund, including the return postage cost.
